Pitless Weighbridge: The pitless weighbridge has fewer expenses for civil engineering work and prevents water clogging. It is easy to maintain as the weigbridge is on the surface and easily visible.

Five solutions are available based on platform size and load-bearing capacity:

2. Platform Size: 9 m x 3 m, Capacity: 40, 50, and 60 tonnes.

3. Platform Size: 12 m x 3 m, capacity: 50, 60, 100 tonnes.

4. Platform Size: 15 m x 3 m, Capacity: 50, 60, 100, 120

5. Platofrm Size: 18 m x 3 m, capacity: 60, 100, 120, 150 tonnes.


Advantages of Steel Weighbridges

  • Each load cell is calibrated and tested to full capacity at the plant before being sent to the site. Double-ended shear beam load cells eliminate friction and help in free movement in horizontal positions.

  • The use of super steel, plasma cutting, shot blasting, MIG welding, ND- testing, red oxide coating, and epoxy paint provides strength to the weighbridge.

  • The indicators have an alphanumeric keypad for faster data entry and have the option of RS232, RS485, Ethernet, and a networking interface.

  • Lightning Protector: This product protects Loa cells against transient surges caused by lightning. It has a high surge absorption capacity, so external shocks don't affect system accuracy.

  • Software support is provided with the system, WeighSoft Enterprise. It supports Oracle, My-SQL, MS-SQL, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
